The start and the end of words

How can we ever begin
To put into words
That which is inexpressible
Yet words are all we have
And we use them to help us to share
As we seek to express the Love we have felt
The warmth of the Embrace
And the abiding sense of Peace
Nothing ever more than an Intimation
Or a glimpse into a Deeper Realm
But all worthwhile in attempting
To share the Unspeakable Beauty

“And the end of words is to bring men to the knowledge of things beyond what words can utter”
